We had our daughter there for five months before we moved away. We were and still are heartbroken to leave this daycare. It exceeded every one of our high expectations. The owner, Iris, and her team were so caring, compassionate, and patient with the kids, and the center was always clean. Their focus on the kids' safety and well-being gave us complete confidence in their care of our daughter.
We also loved how STEAM regularly sent us pictures of our daughter, along with updates on the activities she participated in, to keep us informed. The activities were creative, age-appropriate, and designed to encourage kids’ development. They ranged from an obstacle course and butterfly hunt to a dinosaur party, a visit from “Ms. Rachel”, a private piano concert, many arts and crafts, and so much more. The French immersion offered by the daycare was a bonus. Our daughter learned so much in the short time she was there.
As much as we loved STEAM, we think our daughter loved it even more. We were lucky to get a goodbye wave from her at drop-off because she was so excited to be there, and she would blow goodbye kisses to the staff at pick-up. When I had to keep her home on sick days, she would pack her daycare backpack and wait by the door to leave. Her eagerness to go to STEAM daily spoke volumes about the incredible care and joy she experienced there. We could not recommend STEAM enough.
